Do you help with concepts, ideas & posing?
Yes we do help with putting together the right concept to suite your needs and also we help guide you through the creative process from start to finish. Everything from ideas to conception, set building, props and posing…we help exceed your expectations.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve date and time for your session. The remainder is due on the same day right after your shoot.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. However, you are responsible for any incident(s) that may occur on their behalf.
Can my friend jump in the shoot?
No, your friend cannot jump in the shoot. An additional fee is required for any extra people not originally included in the session.
Do you provide hair & makeup?
You can book one of our professional makeup artists on the booking page or use your own. We do not have a hair stylist. Ultimately, you are responsible for your own hair and makeup.
How many minutes can I show up before my shoot?
You can show up 10 minutes before your session start time.
How long does it take to get my pictures back?
You’ll get all the pictures from your shoot right after your session via Dropbox. The edited ones will be delivered to you 6-8 days after you send us which ones you want edited.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Debit/Credit Card, NFC (Apple pay, Google pay etc) and Cash app. Unfortunately, we do not accept Cash, Checks or PayPal.
What happens if I'm late to my shoot?
If you’re late and your shoot time has already passed, you’ll lose your deposit and have to schedule a new shoot. If you’re late by a few minutes, your shoot will still go on as planned and end on the original scheduled time. You are allowed to buy more time if there are no shoots scheduled right after yours. For example, if you book a one hour shoot for 4:00pm and show up at 4:20pm, your shoot will still end at 5:00pm. You’ll be given a chance to buy more time if there are no other shoots scheduled right after yours.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
You are allowed to reschedule two times free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your shoot. Failure to do so will result in losing your deposit fee. You’ll have to make a new deposit to book another shoot.
Are your files watermarked?
No, none of the raw images from your session will be watermarked.
Do you have props?
Yes we currently have a few props you can choose from…some free and some for a small fee. Please inquire during your email to find out which exact props we have.
