Outfits, props, business usage, team size, turnaround, payment, and studio details in one place.
What should I wear for a personal branding session?
Choose outfits that match how you want clients and your audience to see you. Depending on your package, you may bring one to four outfits for a mix of polished, approachable, creative, or editorial looks.
Hair and makeup are not provided, so arrive fully prepared. Steam or press clothing in advance and bring complete accessories for every look.
Can I bring products, a laptop, or tools from my business?
Yes. Laptops, phones, books, products, tools, uniforms, packaging, and small props can make your images feel more specific to your work. Bring only what can be photographed safely within your scheduled session time.
Large product collections, complex product-only photography, multiple models, or a campaign production should be booked through Business & Commercial.
Can I use the images on my website and social media?
Yes. Personal Branding images are designed for your own website, professional profiles, organic social media, email marketing, press features, and general self-promotion.
Paid advertising campaigns, packaging, extensive product photography, or company-wide commercial productions may require a Business & Commercial booking.
Is Personal Branding for one person or a team?
These sessions are designed around one personal brand, not a full team. A partner or guest can appear within your package’s included people allowance and scheduled time: The Essential includes 1 person, The Signature includes 1–2, The Editorial includes 1–3, and The Luxe includes 1–4. An additional person is $50 when not already included.
For multiple employees, models, a full team, product catalogs, or a larger campaign, choose Business & Commercial instead.
When will I receive my gallery and final edits?
You receive instant online access to all session images immediately after your shoot. Standard editing turnaround is 4–6 days after you submit your selections.
Extra edits are $20 each. Special-effects edits are $60 each.
How do the deposit, payments, and rescheduling work?
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date and time. The remaining balance is due on the session day. Debit or credit card, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. Cash is not accepted.
You may reschedule without a fee at least 48 hours before your session start time. A $60 late-reschedule fee applies inside the 48-hour window. Changing studio locations after booking carries a $25 administrative fee.
Where are the studios located?
Miami: 5131 NW 159th Street, Suite F, Miami Gardens, FL 33014. When GPS says you have arrived, drive farther down and around to the back side of the building.
Fort Lauderdale: 2349 N State Road 7, Suite 206, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33313. The studio is upstairs on the back right-hand side.
